SBIR/STTR Budget & Management - Award Management for Contracts

This session will focus on the SBIR/STTR agencies that make their awards as contracts rather than grants. Attention will be put on DOD since it makes up more than half of the entire SBIR/STTR programs, but the discussion will also be relevant to NASA and smaller contract-awarding agencies.
